Buyers, Listings and Investment Properties

As a Buyer’s Agent, I work to find the home that fits their criteria and meets their lifestyle. My job is to work only for the buyers and to find them the best possible purchase for their needs. I’ve lived in northern Nevada all of my life and am very familiar with all of our communities which allows me the ability to give informed answers to buyer questions.

As a Listing Agent, I maintain honest and open communication with my clients. Appropriate pricing for their house to allow a fair and comfortable price for a quick sale is my expertise. I utilize available technology for my listings so that online product is easily accessible, and I network professionally with other agents to bring attention to my listings.
